Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. The writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission.

The short grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is with regard to non disposal of the application dated 04.06.2016 submitted by him for grant of Occupancy Rights Certificate (ORC) before respondent No.3 in respect of land admeasuring Acs.6.01 guntas in Survey No.248 situated at Mangalpally Village, Ibrahimpatnam Mandal, Ranga Reddy District.

According to petitioner, though the said application was assigned File No.J/4561/16, the respondents have not taken any action and the same is kept pending. Therefore, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks indulgence of this Court to pass appropriate orders on the application submitted by the petitioner for grant of ORC.

Taking into consideration the fact that the application submitted by the petitioner was already acknowledged by respondent No.3 as early as on 21.05.2016 and the same was also forwarded to respondent No.4 on 03.06.2016 for submitting a report thereon, respondent No.3 is directed to consider the said application submitted by the petitioner and dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.
