It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioners that after filing the Writ Petition, the authorities of the respondentMunicipal Corporation passed an Order rejecting the building permission application and the petitioner herein intends to question the same by way of another Writ Petition and that liberty be granted to the petitioner to do so.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed with a liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate Writ Petition against the said rejection order.
