This petition is filed, by the petitioner/ A2, seeking for quash of the proceedings against him in C.C.No.134 of 2013 on the file of the Court of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Bhainsa. The offences alleged are under Sections 417 and 420 r/ w 34 IPC. 2.

The Public Prosecutor files a Memo stating that the impugned CC underwent trial and the case ended in acquittal, vide judgment, dated 12.09.2016, in C.C.No.134 of 2013. 3.

Hence, considering the above, this court opines that no further orders are required to be passed in this petition. 4.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
