Rajesh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri Bathula Raj Kiran, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents-LIC of India.
2. This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents in not regularizing the petitioner's services as Direct Sales Executive, as illegal, arbitrary and consequently to direct the respondents to regularize his services.
3. The petitioner was appointed as Direct Sales Executive in the respondents-Corporation in 2013 on contract basis and the same are being extended from time to time. The petitioner was promised that his services would be regularized on the best performance of his services. According to the petitioner, as per the guidelines of the LIC of India (Direct Sales Executives) Scheme 2010, his services have to be absorbed. Though, the petitioner completed 2 years of service, the respondentsCorporation has not regularized his services. He
submitted several representations dated 15.04.2015, 10.04.2015, 7.9.2015 and 23.05.2015 to the respondents for regularization of his services, but the respondents-Corporation has not considered his case.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner is working continuously for the last 2 years, the respondentsCorporation has not considered his case for regularization and the representations made by him are pending before the respondents-Corporation and so far, no orders have been passed thereon.

Considering the aforesaid submission, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents-Corporation to consider the representations dated 15.04.2015, 10.04.2015, 7.9.2015 and 23.05.2015 submitted by the petitioner within a period of 8 (eight) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and pass appropriate orders according to law. No costs.
The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
