HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.4599 OF 2017 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that she is in possession of the land admeasuring Ac.1.25 cents in Sy.No.6/1 of Abbusahebpet Village, Badvel Mandal, Kadapa District since last several years and has been cultivating the said land. She has also obtained electricity connection in respect of bore well dug by her and has been paying current bills. In view of the long occupation of the said land, the petitioner made an application to the revenue authorities for issuance of pattadar passbook by granting patta, and the said application is still pending. While so, the respondents are trying to evict the petitioner without following due process of law. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, the respondent authorities are directed not to evict the petitioner without following due process of law.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
