There was no representation for the appellants/ defendants on 19.12.2017, 18.01.2018 and 01.02.2018. Hence, on 01.02.2018, this Court directed this matter to be listed on 08.02.2018 under the caption "for dismissal". Accordingly, the matter was listed on 08.02.2018. On the said date, this Court directed the Registry to print the names of the appellants in the cause list and post the matter today. Yet again, there is no representation for the appellants. The appellants are absent.

The above conduct of the appellants indicates that they are not interested in prosecuting the Appeal Suit. The Appeal Suit is accordingly dismissed for default. No order as to costs.
