Learned standing counsel for the 3rd respondent submits that there is no interference by the Grampanchayat with the possession of the petitioners over the plots in question, as alleged by the petitioner in this writ petition.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that recording the same, the writ petition may be disposed of. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of recording the above submission made by the learned standing counsel for respondent no.3.
