THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.26158 OF 2009 ORDER:

This writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India challenges the action of the respondents in opening the rowdy sheet against the petitioner. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the written instructions of the Station House Officer, III Town Police Station, Nizamabad, are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader for Home in which it is stated that the rowdy sheet opened against the petitioner is closed with effect from 29.11.2014.

In view of the above, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

Hence, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
