It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the issue involved in these Writ Petitions is squarely covered by the order, dated 30.3.2011, passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.11107 of 2009 and batch and the same is not disputed by Sri J.Sreenivasa Rao, learned Standing Counsel for Singareni Collieries Company Limited. In view of the same and for the reasons alike, these Writ Petitions are disposed of in terms of the aforesaid order. Registry is directed to enclose a copy of the order, dated 30.3.2011, passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.11107 of 2009 and batch to this order.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
