HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.14874 and 19553 of 2019 COMMON ORDER:

As the petitioner in both the Writ Petitions is one and the same and the issue involved in both the Writ Petition are interconnected, both the Writ Petitions are heard together and being disposed of by a common order.

Learned Government Pleader for Medical, Health and Family Welfare produced a copy of the letter dated 14.9.2019, stating that the petitioner already vacated the subject premises. He submits that the respondents will again put the leasehold rights in respect of the subject premises to auction.

Even according to the petitioner, the auction of the subject premises took place in the year 2000 and since then he has been continuing in possession of the subject premises. The petitioner also does not dispute that the period of his lease expired. Having regard to the above submissions of the learned counsel, without going into the merits of the matter, the Writ Petitions are disposed of leaving it open to the petitioner to participate in the fresh auction of the subject premises to be held by the respondents. As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
