This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the orders dated 16.06.2014 passed in Crl.M.P.No.870 of 2014 in D.V.C.No.113 of 2014 on the file of the IV Metropolitan Magistrate (Traffic Mobile Court), Hyderabad. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law.

Permission is granted.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
