ORDER

Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 3. None appeared for the 4th respondent in spite of service of notice. Challenging registration of Cr.No.161 of 2016 by the 2nd respondent based on the complaint lodged by the 4th respondent, the present writ petition is filed.

Perused the complaint given by the 4th respondent and it discloses a prima facie case for registration of the crime. In view of the same, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present writ petition. However, 2nd respondent shall follow due process of law, while investigating the crime, including compliance of provisions under Section 41-A of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
