Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj and Rural Development (AP) for respondents.

2. The petitioner was selected as Field Assistant in Balantram Village, K.Gangavaram Mandal, East Godavari District. While so, the petitioner was kept under suspension by a show cause noticecum-suspension of the fourth respondent dated 24.10.2014. The petitioner submitted his explanation on 22.11.2014. Thereafter, no action was taken. The petitioner states that due to political rivalry, the enquiry was not completed and no final proceedings were issued. Challenging the inaction of the respondents, the present writ petition is filed.

3. The learned Government Pleader, on the basis of written instructions, submits that the petitioner was kept under suspension on several charges and the petitioner submitted his explanation stating that the allegations were leveled due to political vengeance and denied each charge leveled against him. However, he submits that final orders are yet to be passed based on the explanation submitted by the petitioner and the enquiry report submitted by the Assistant Project Director, Kakinada Cluster.

4. In the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of directing the fourth respondent to complete the enquiry against the petitioner pursuant to the show cause notice-cumsuspension order dated 24.10.2011 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving due opportunity to the
