Counsel for petitioner after arguing the writ petition for some time, noticing the time spent by petitioner, which is very short from the date of filing representation, does not press the writ prayer and seeks liberty to send reminder and approach this court, if inaction continues.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as not pressed by granting liberty as prayed for. Nor order as to cots.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
