O R D E R:- The main grievance of the writ petitioner is that in spite of the fact that he made a complaint to the 1st respondent on 08.08.2016 requesting to take action against some erring bank officers, who are involved in illegal seizure of his Clinic situated at D.No.12-13-32, Kuglar Hospital Road, Opp: Dr.A.Kavitha Hospital, Kothapeta, Guntur, no action has been taken on the complaint so far.
Sri B.S.Prasad, learned Standing Counsel for State Bank of India appearing for the respondents, on instructions, has submitted that the respondents will consider the complaint and take action in accordance with law within the time that may be stipulated by this Court. Keeping in view the averments made in the writ affidavit and the submission of the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents, this Court is inclined to dispose of the writ petition with the following direction: "The respondents are directed to consider the complaint dated 08.08.2016 said to have been made by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders thereon, in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision that may be taken to the
petitioner in writing within three days thereafter. It is needless to mention that if the petitioner is still aggrieved by the action or inaction of the respondents, he may approach appropriate forum for redressal of his grievance."
With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
