Seelam Raji Reddy v. The Government Of Telangana
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.19555 of 2019 ORDER:
The prayer of the petitioners in this Writ Petition is as under: "...to issue a Writ order or direction one more particularly in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction on the part of the Respondents in not registering the F I R upon the complaint dated 26.08.2019 and insisting the petitioners for settling the matter and interfering in the civil matter being illegal arbitrary unconstitutional and consequently direct the Respondents to register the F I R and investigate into the complaint and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case." Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced the written instructions stating that the complaint of the petitioners is registered as a case in Crime No.193 of 2019 on the file of Cyberabad Police Station.
Learned counsel for the petitioners states that respondent No.6 is insisting the petitioners to settle the civil disputes with respondent No.7.
As the grievance of the petitioners stood redressed with the registering of the complaint filed by them, as could be seen from the written instructions produced by learned Assistant Government Pleader, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent No.6 not to pressurize the petitioners to settle the civil disputes with respondent No.7.
As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
