This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the proceeding in R.C.No.146/2011/B, dated 07-05-2011, of
respondent No.2, as illegal and arbitrary. The petitioner sought for consequential direction to the respondents to continue him as the dealer of Fair Price Shop No.10 of PuleruII Village of Gorantla Mandal of Anantapur District. At the hearing, Mr.S.D.Gowd, learned Counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the cause in this Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication and that the Writ Petition has become infructuous.
The above-submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioner is placed on record and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous.
As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, interim order, dated 27-06-2011, is vacated and WPMP.No17961 of 2011, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
