THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.45760 of 2016 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to release the passport of the petitioner, to enable him to visit other countries to take treatment, for a period of six months.

While issuing Notice before admission, a direction was issued to the 2nd respondent to release the passport of the petitioner. Pursuant to the direction of this Court, the passport of the petitioner was released.

In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in the writ petition and accordingly, the writ petition is closed.
