While so, Sri N.Meher Prasad, learned counsel for the State Bank of India, would inform this Court that the bank has taken a decision to withdraw the impugned sale notice.

Recording the said statement, the writ petition is closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
