On 21-04-2016, when the matter was taken up for hearing, there was no representation for the appellant. Therefore, it was ordered to post after summer vacation of 2016. 2.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, neither Advocate for petitioner is present nor any representation is made.

4. Considering these aspects, I am of the view that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case, therefore, this CMA is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
