Heard the counsel for petitioner, Sri G. Narender Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for 1st respondent, and the learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj, for respondent nos.2 and 3. 2.

The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition questioning the action of the respondents in not promoting the petitioner to the post of Superintendent while promoting his junior on 31.03.2016. 3.

The petitioner had made a representation on 13.05.2016 to the 1st respondent to consider his case for promotion to the post of Office Superintendent with retrospective effect on par with his junior, and alleges that the 1st respondent has not taken any action on the said representation.

Sri G. Narender Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for 1st respondent, states that the 1st respondent will consider petitioner's representation dt.13.05.2016 (which was submitted on 16.05.2016 to the 1st respondent) within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and communicate his decision thereon to petitioner.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
