Ramasubramanian, J) The Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission has come up with the above writ petition challenging an order of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal directing the Service Commission to conduct interview to the 1st respondent along with others for appointment to the post of Junior Lecturer (Tamil).

2. Heard Mr. C. Srinivasa Baba, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. P. Nagendra Reddy, learned counsel for the 1st respondent.

3. Today it is submitted by the learned counsel for the writ petitioner that the 1st respondent has already been invited for interview along with others and she also attended the interview. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

4. Hence, the Writ Petition is closed. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
