Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the revision petitioner submitted that in view of the termination of E.P.No.315 of 2009, vide order dated 17.11.2011, the revision petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
