ORAL ORDER:

Petitioner is aggrieved by inclusion of property owned by him to an extent of Ac.2.33 in RS No. 583/6, Kammanmolu village, Nagayalanka mandal, Krishna district in the prohibited list of properties in the notification issued under Section 22-A(1)(e) of Registration Act, 1908 (for short the Act). 2.

In terms of the provisions contained in Section 22-A(1)(e) of the Act, Full Bench of this Court in Vinjamuri Rajagopala Chary and others Vs. State of A.P., rep by Principal Secretary, Revenue Department, Hyderabad and others1, directed constitution of a committee to redress the grievances of the persons aggrieved by such inclusion. As per the directions of the Full Bench, committee was constituted by State of A.P. Petitioner now seeks to avail the remedy provided under the Act and in terms of the judgment of the Full Bench by representing before the committee. 3.

While granting liberty to the petitioner to submit a representation /application before the committee for deletion of the property claimed by the petitioner as owned by him from the list of prohibited properties, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Having regard to the same, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, are closed.
