This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the following relief:

"To issue a Writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to pay the compensation in respect of the land acquired by the Government vide Notification dated 02.11.2015 in respect of the lands held by the petitioners i.e., Ac.10.00 guntas of land in Sy.tio.288/ and Ac.5.00 guntas of land in Sv.No.288/ 1T/A. 288/1/X situated Mutcherla Village, Kandukur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District and consequentially direct the 2nd and 3,d respondents herein to dispose' of the representation dated 02.12.2016 filed by the petitioners herein notwithstanding pendency of Civil Suit."

When the matter is taken up, a request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioners to direct the respondents to dispose of the representation dated 02.12.2016 said to have been filed by the petitioners herein, in accordance with law.

For the aforesaid reasons, without expressing any opinion on the merits and demerits of the matter, writ petiton is disposed of, directing the respondents to take appropriate action on the representation dated 02.12.2016 submitted by the petitioners, in accordance with law and taking into consideration the material available.
