Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents. 2.

This writ petition is filed alleging that petitioner is not provided employment on compassionate grounds due to the death of bread winner of family late S.Ankaiah, who was the father of petitioner, who died on 08.07.1999. It appears petitioner made application on 21.07.2000 to provide employment. 3.

Pursuant to the interim order of this Court, the claim of the petitioner was considered and by order dated 15.05.2014, the request for provision of employment was rejected. This order of rejection is not under challenge.

However, when the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the left leg of the petitioner was amputated and she has severe physical disability. Unless employment is provided, grave prejudice would be caused to her and her family.

However, it is seen from the record, that it is never been the subject matter of the grievance ventilated before the respondents and no reliance can be placed at this stage.

Having regard to the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioner to make an application explaining the present physical condition of petitioner and the financial position of family and request for consideration of her case for provision of appointment. On making such application, the same
