Learned Government Pleader for Home produced the proceedings of the Commissioner of Police, Khammam, dated 27.08.2018, whereunder it is stated that the enquiry was conducted against the petitioner and disciplinary proceedings were completed by imposing punishment. He therefore submits that the orders of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, dated 25.06.2002, passed in O.A.No.3669 of 1994 are complied with.
