This Writ Petition is filed seeking the following relief:
"............to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring that the acts, deeds and things of the respondents in constituting the Corporate Medical Board and Appellate Medical Board vide its circulars
Ref.No.P40/5911/IR/1206, dated 29.05.2000, Ref.No.P.40/5911/IR/1205 dated 29.05.2000, Memorandum dated 29.06.2014 and Ref.No.CRP/PER/IRPM/C/081/1218 as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice and against the Mines Act 1952 and its Rules 1955 and consequently declare the medical examination conducted by the respondents doctors on 06.02.2013, 26.03.2013 and 03.09.2014 on the petitioner medical examination is in accordance with the Mines Act, 1952 and its Rules 1955...."
It is agreed to by learned Counsel appearing on either side that in the similar and identical matters in Writ Petition No. 38451 of 2015 and Batch, this Court passed orders on 22.06.2016.
In view of the same and for the reasons stated in the order of this Court dated 22.06.2016 passed in Writ Petition No. 38451 of 2015 and Batch, the present Writ Petition is disposed of in terms thereof.
Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
