THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.541 OF 2007 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed challenging the inaction of the respondents in registering the Deeds of Cancellation of Sale Deed executed by the petitioners in respect of the properties situated in survey Nos.87 and 119 of the Poppalaguda Village, Rajendranagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. No interim order was passed. However, during pendency of the writ petition, the Rule is amended now, and as a result of which, both the parties shall submit Deed of Cancellation. Hence, the relief sought for in the writ petition cannot be entertained. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
