This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner-Accused under Sections 438 Cr.P.C. seeking to grant anticipatory bail to him in Crime No.75 of 2015 of Dharmajigudem Police Station, West Godavari District, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 448, 376 r/w 511, 323 and 506 IPC.

Heard and perused the material available on record. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that there are disputes between the petitioner and the brother of the de facto complainant and at the instance of her brother, the de facto complainant lodged a false complaint against the petitioner. The allegations made against the petitioner are serious in nature. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
