THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO C.R.P. Nos.2068, 2069, 2216 AND 2217 OF 2013 COMMON ORDER :

Counsel representing the learned Advocate General, submits that the State has filed a suit for declaration of title and also for recovery of possession against the respondents pursuant to the liberty granted to the State by the Supreme Court of India, and therefore prays that these revisions be closed.

Recording the same, these Civil Revision Petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
