THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 19549 of 2019 O R D E R:

The limited grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is that though he submitted application dated 17.01.2015 for regularization of land to an extent of 250 square yards in Survey No.1066 of Hanamkonda Mandal in terms of G.O.Ms.No.59, dated 30.12.2014 by paying a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- as mandated under the Regulations, no action has been taken by the respondents so far.

On instructions, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents submits that the application of the petitioner has been rejected online.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the rejection order was not communicated to the petitioner. In those circumstances, the writ petition is dismissed. However, the Revenue Divisional Officer, who is competent authority under G.O.Ms.No.59, dated 30.12.2014, shall communicate in writing the factum of rejection to the petitioner under Registered Post with Acknowledgment Due, within a period of 10 days from today. It is made clear, dismissal of this writ petition shall not be construed as putting an embargo on the petitioner to challenge the rejection order in accordance with law.
