Heard.

Perused the First Information Report, bail application averments and remand report. The petitioners are A.1 and A.2 in Cr.No.34 of 2018 of Bhongir Rural Police Station registered for the offences punishable u/ sec.370-A IPC and u/ sec.3 and 5 of the Prevention of Immoral Traffic Act (for short, 'the PIT Act'). A perusal of the material averments including the disclosure statement no way deserves the petitioners to concession of anticipatory bail, however, the fact remains that the offence u/ sec.370-A

(2) IPC is maximum of 5 years punishment including the other two offences under Section 3 and 5 of the PIT Act, the police strictly follow Section 41-A CrPC in the event of any arrest of the petitioners is required as per the guidelines in Arnesh Kumar Vs. State of Bihar1. Having regard to the above, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand closed. __________________________ Dr. B.
