This writ petition is filed with the following prayer: " ... to issue a Writ, Order, or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents particularly Respondent No 5 to furnish the report of the survey conducted on 21.02.2019 to the Petitioner forthwith by declaring that non- supply of the report is illegal, arbitrary and unsustainable, in the eye of law and contrary to the orders passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P.No.45830 of 2018 dt.17.12.2018, consequently deliver the possession of the land admeasuring 1200 Sq yards in Sy.No.207/1 Nacharam village, Uppal Mandal,,Medchal-Malkajgiri District, in terms of G.O.Ms.No.1235 dt.25.10.2018 and pass ..." Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

At the outset, the very filing of a petition of this nature is misuse of writ jurisdiction. The survey was conducted pursuant to the orders of this Court in W.P.No.45830 of 2018. Now, for obtaining a copy of the survey report, a writ of mandamus cannot be utilized. This is nothing but abuse of process of Court. In those circumstances, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall also stand dismissed.
