HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.19972 OF 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed declaring the action the respondents 2 and 3 in not seizing the bore well of the 4th respondent in Sy.No.226 of Pedda Pendyala Village, Dharmasagar Mandal, Warangal District, as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue produced written instructions dated 14.06.2016 stating that already notice has been issued to the 4th respondent and appropriate action will be initiated.

In view of the above, the writ petition is closed. No costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
