HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V.RAMASUBRAMANIAN AND HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE T.RAJANI Writ Petition No.21043 of 2017 Order: (per V.Ramasubramanian, J.) The petitioner, who was placed under suspension by an order dated 10-5-2017, has come up with the above writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents to order change of headquarters.

2. Heard Mr. M.Sivananda Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Abhinand Kumar Shavili, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.

3. The petitioner has already made a representation dated 15-5-2017, highlighting the ordeals suffered by him and requesting change of headquarters. The 2nd respondent may consider the same on merits and pass orders within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of. The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. No costs.
