As there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on 09.03.2016, the matter was directed to be listed on 10.03.2016 under the caption "FOR DISMISSAL".

Even today, despite the matter being listed under the caption "FOR DISMISSAL", when the matter is called for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter.

Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed for non-prosecution.
