O R D E R

In this Writ Petition, the petitioners are seeking a Writ of Mandamus to declare the action of respondent No.2 in not passing orders and not disposing of the Revision Petition in Endt. No.1334/M (STW, W& CW) filed under Section 6 of the A.P. Scheduled Area Land Transfer Regulation 1 of 1959 against the order in C.M.A.No.2/2017 dt.30.12.2019 as being illegal and arbitrary and to pass such other order or orders as this Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

The grievance of the petitioners are that they have filed a Revision Petition before the 2nd respondent against the order of the 3rd respondent in C.M.A.No.2/2017 dt.30.12.2019 and when no interim direction was granted by the 2nd respondent protecting the interest of the petitioners during the pendency of the Revision Petition, the petitioners have approached this Court by filing the present Writ Petition.

Learned Government Pleader for Tribal Welfare and the learned counsel for the unofficial respondents are heard. 4.

Having regard to the fact that the Revision Petition filed by the petitioners is still pending before the 2nd respondent, this Court deems it fit and proper to direct the 2nd respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the Revision Petition filed by the petitioners in Endt.No.1334/M (STW, W & CW) against the orders of the 3rd respondent in C.M.A.No.2/2017 dt.30.12.2019, expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (4) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and till such time, i.e., till the Revision Petition is disposed of, status quo obtaining as on today shall be maintained. 5.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs. 6.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
