HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.PRAVEEN KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE J. UMA DEVI CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS APPEAL No.950 OF 2006 JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.Praveen Kumar) The present appeal came to be filed under Section 28 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 (for short, 'the Act'), aggrieved by the order dated 31.07.2006, passed in O.P.No.1 of 2004 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Nirmal, wherein a petition filed by the appellant herein under Section 13(1)(ia) and (ib) of the Act, seeking dissolution of marriage, was dismissed.
2. When the matter is called, it is represented that pending appeal, the parties have settled the disputes and are now living together.
3. Today, both the parties, including their daughter, by name Shravya, who is aged about 18 years, are present before the Court. Both the parties are identified by their respective counsel. When examined, both the parties have stated that they are living together. Even their daughter, when examined, stated that her parents are living together and that the matter may be closed.
4. Recording the submission, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is closed.
