None appears for the respondents.

This Contempt Case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order dated 03.06.2016 passed in W.P.No.17218 of 2016, whereunder while issuing notice before admission this Court granted interim suspension of the proceedings dated 04.03.2016 if the petitioner was in service as on that day.

Now, learned counsel for the petitioner produced before this Court a copy of the order dated 14.10.2016 reinstating the petitioner into service subject to the decision in the above Writ Petition. In view of the same, no further orders are required in the Contempt Case and the Contempt Case is accordingly closed. There shall be no order as to costs. The miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
