THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.13794 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.1207 of 2015 on the file of the Court of the II Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Huzurabad, Karimnagar District. The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the criminal petition with a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the matter as expeditiously as possible. Permission is granted.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the learned II Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Huzurabad, Karimnagar District is hereby directed to dispose of C.C.No.1207 of 2015, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
