There was no representation for the petitioner in these cases when they were taken up for hearing on 03.09.2015. The matters were accordingly directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal' on 15.09.2015. Today, though the matters appear under the said caption, there is no representation yet again for the petitioner or its learned counsel.

The writ petitions are accordingly dismissed for nonprosecution. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
