Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, and the learned counsel for the respondent.
As both the learned counsels have no objection, and as it is submitted that G.W.O.P No.14 of 2019 is being heard by the II Additional Dlstrict Judge, Warangal, by taking up the Interlocutory Applications, and the proceedings in F.C.O.P.No.154 of 2019 and F.C.O.P.No.219 of 2019 are yet to commence before the Family Court, Warangal, the F.C.O.P.Nos.154 and 219 of 2019 pending on the file of Family Court, Warangal, shall be transferred to the Court of II Additional District ludge, Warangal, to be tried along with G,W.O.P.No.14 of 2019.
The Transfer CMP is accordingly disposed of.
No costs.
