This revision is filed to set aside the orders of the Executing Court in numbering the E.A as 28 of 2010 in E.P.No.37 of 2008 in O.S.No.108 of 1996 on the file of the Additional Senior Civil Judge, Narsaraopet or in the alternative direct the Executing Court to dispose of the E.A.No.28 of 2010 and E.P.No.37 of 2008 forthwith by directing the executing court by posting the matter every alternate day.

When the matter was listed on 19.09.2016 there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. However to give one more opportunity, the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption for dismissal.

Inspite of the matter being listed under the caption "For dismissal", today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
