Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for the respondents.

These Writ Petitions are disposed of at the admission stage with the consent of the learned Counsel appearing on either side.

The petitioners are the Fair Price Shop Dealers of Shop Nos. 14,38 and 2 of Chinnamarriveedu, Alawala and Gonegandla villages respectively of Gonegandla Mandal, Kurnool District. The authorization of the petitioners was cancelled by orders dated 19.8.2015, 19.8.2015 and 6.8.2015 respectively. Against the said orders, the petitioners preferred their respective appeals to the second respondent along with stay applications and when the stay applications are not being disposed of and the appeals are not being taken up for hearing, the present Writ Petitions are filed.

When this Court noticed that the applications for stay along with appeals are filed only recently, the learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that if no orders are passed on the stay applications, the rights of the petitioners are going to be affected. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, these Writ petitions are disposed of directing the second respondent to take up the respective stay applications of the petitioners filed along with appeals and pass appropriate orders,

on merits, within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after hearing the petitioners. The second respondent shall take up the respective appeals of the petitioners and pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance with law within sixty days thereafter by duly following the principles of natural justice. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Writ Petitions shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
