Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos1 to 4.
2. Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner is the owner and possessor of the extent of Ac.4.04 gts in Sy. Nos.300, 304 and 305 of Kothapally Shivaar of Moranchapally village, which he has obtained in a compromise entered into in A.S.No.53 of 1994 on the file of the II Additional District Judge, Warangal on 27-042000 and that in spite of orders dt.11-11-2013 and 07-042015 passed in his favour by 3rd respondent, 4th respondent is not mutating his name in the revenue records.

The learned Government Pleader for Revenue states that if the petitioner files a fresh application before 4th respondent enclosing the above orders, 4th respondent will pass orders on it within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of his application.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to file fresh application in
Form 6 (A) of the AP State Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 before 4th respondent enclosing the orders referred to above passed by 3rd respondent; and on receiving the said application along with supporting material, 4th respondent will pass orders thereon and communicate the same to the petitioner within four weeks from the date of receipt of the said application. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
