This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in not registering a crime pursuant to the application dt.24.08.2019 submitted to the Circle Inspector of Police, Moinabad P.S., Cyberabad. Learned Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions dt.11.09.2019 submitted by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Moinabad P.S., Cyberabad Commissionerate, wherein it is stated that basing on the complaint of the petitioner a case in Crime No.370/2019 was registered under Section 506 IPC of Moinabad Police Station on 09.09.2019; and that the same is under investigation. Recording the aforesaid written instructions, writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
