HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION NO.1989 OF 2015 ORDER:

Petitioner filed this revision petition against the orders dated 05.05.2015 passed in I.A.No.119 of 2015 in F.C.O.P.No.77 of 2014 on the file of Special Sessions Judge for trial of SCs & STs Cases-cum-Additional Sessions Judge, Ananthapuram.

2 . The Court below granted interim maintenance of Rs.7,500/- per month payable to the petitioner therein from 15.02.2015, till the disposal of the main O.P. I see no error in the decision of the lower Court warranting interference by this Court.

3. The revision petition is accordingly dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this revision petition shall stand dismissed.
