This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 20.12.2016 passed in I.A.No.932 of 2014 in O.S.No.202 of 2011 on the file of the II Additional Senior Civil Judge, Nandyal.

As per the office note, the trial court disposed of the suit on 12.12.2017.

In view of the disposal of the suit, the purpose of filing of the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this petition shall stand closed.
