It is informed that Sri P.Satyanarayana, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is no more and the other counsel Smt. Anjana Devi is seriously ill and not attending the Court. Heard the learned Government Pleader for Home and perused the material available on record.

In this writ petition, the only grievance of the petitioner is that in spite of several requests, his representation dated 29.07.2013 is not considered by the 1st respondent.

Considering the nature of grievance of the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to consider the representation dated 29.07.2013 submitted by the petitioner as expeditiously as possible, in accordance with law.
